Our Aims and Objectives

IRAA provides high-performance programmes and services for rugby players, coaches and teams in Australia and from across the rugby globe.

Our aim at IRAA is to maximise the potential of rugby talent.

They say to be the best, you have to learn from the best – that’s why the coaching staff and tutors available at IRAA represent some of the most qualified and highly-respected coaches and former players in world rugby today.

For players, there is a strong focus on position-specific tuition, skill development, mental toughness, rugby intelligence and self-management. Our set programmes include modules to foster intensive development in each of these areas – leading to improved performance both on and off the field, and laying the foundation for future development, long after the Course is complete.

For coaches, it is a rare opportunity to work intensively with the world’s best coaches in a practical environment. Set programmes focus on developing a structure, strategy and blueprint that each participant can implement within their own environment. Using a camp-style environment to deliver rapid development and learning, our programmes will exponentially accelerate coach development.

For teams and organisations, IRAA provides a Customised Course service that can be adopted for team/club tours, pre-season camps, clinics and spot coaching. With expertise and specialists across all areas of the game, IRAA has the ability to design and tailor programmes to meet the specific needs of each individual client.

If you’re ready to Maximise Your Potential, you’ve come to the right place.
